SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER / CONTENT CREATOR

Job Responsibilities

1. Product Photography & Videography

• Take high-quality photos and videos of optical products, frames, lenses and new arrivals.
• Create attractive product-focused content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
• Participate in photoshoots and short-form video/Reel creation.

2. Product Explanation & Presentation

• Understand the features, benefits, pricing and offers of our products.
• Clearly explain products in Reels, videos, stories and other promotional content.
• Present products confidently and professionally on camera.

3. Social Media Management

• Upload and publish photos, videos, Reels and Stories regularly.
• Prepare captions, hashtags and promotional content.
• Schedule posts according to the company’s social media calendar.
• Maintain consistent and professional brand communication.

4. Customer Engagement

• Respond to customer enquiries and messages received through Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Provide basic information about products, offers, eye testing and store services.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into store visits.

5. Calls & Meetings

• Schedule customer calls, appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales/store team for customer follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.

6. WhatsApp Communication

• Handle WhatsApp customer replies professionally.
• Share product details, offers, photos, videos and location information with customers.
• Respond quickly to customer enquiries and forward important leads to the concerned team.

7. Content & Marketing Support

• Identify trending social-media formats, Reels, sounds and content ideas relevant to the optical industry.
• Suggest new promotional campaigns and customer engagement ideas.
• Support influencer collaborations, product launches, offers and special campaigns.

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable appearing in photos and videos.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Reels.
• Basic photography and video-shooting skills.
• Creative thinking and knowledge of current social-media trends.
• Good Telugu and English communication skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to meet daily and monthly content targets.
