Senior DevOps Engineer with 7 years of strong handson experience in CICD infrastructure automation and database release automation responsible for designing and supporting enterprise delivery pipelines using Ansible Jenkins GitHub Actions and Datical to enable secure repeatable and reliable application and database deployments

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain CICD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions

Build reusable Jenkins shared libraries pipeline templates and GitHub Actions workflows

Develop Ansible playbooks roles inventories and reusable automation components for application and infrastructure deployments

Integrate Ansible automation with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for endtoend build deployment and configuration workflows

Automate database schema changes and controlled deployments using Datical

Manage Datical changelogs projects pipelines labels contexts quality checks and deployment plans

Coordinate application and database releases across different environments

Implement approval gates secrets management artifact controls and rollback strategies within deployment pipelines

Integrate source control repositories and branching strategies with automated build and release processes

Troubleshoot pipeline failures Ansible execution issues Datical validation errors and environmentspecific deployment problems

Collaborate with development database infrastructure security and releasemanagement teams to improve deployment quality

Standardize automation practices reduce manual effort and maintain clear technical and operational documentation

Required Skills

7 years of handson DevOps engineering experience in enterprise environments

Strong expertise in Jenkins pipeline development administration and Groovybased Jenkins files

Strong handson experience creating and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows reusable workflows actions runners and environment controls

Advanced experience with Ansible playbooks roles variables templates inventories Ansible Vault and troubleshooting

Handson experience with Datical for database change automation validation deployment rollback and release governance

Working knowledge of SQL database schemas database objects and controlled database changemanagement practices

Strong experience with Git pull requests branching strategies code reviews and repository governance

Proficiency in LinuxUnix and scripting using Bash Python or PowerShell

Understanding of artifact repositories secrets management security scanning and CICD quality gates

Experience diagnosing build deployment configuration and database release
