Job Description

  • Greet customers warmly and help them choose products.
  • Explain flavours, ingredients and serving recommendations using brand training.
  • Scoop ice cream and prepare sundaes according to standard portions and presentation.
  • Handle billing and cash, UPI and card payments accurately.
  • Pack takeaway and online orders correctly and hand them over promptly.
  • Refill products, packaging and serving supplies as needed.
  • Follow hygiene, food handling and product storage procedures.
  • Keep counters, utensils, equipment and customer areas clean.
  • Support stock counts and report shortages, expiry concerns or equipment issues.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing tasks.
