Student Counsellor & Centre Executive

Royal Soft Skills Campus is a communication and professional skills training institute based in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, with a legacy going back to 1999.

We are looking for a reliable and people-oriented person to handle student counselling, admissions and day-to-day centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Speak with students and understand their career and communication goals

• Handle enquiries through calls and WhatsApp

• Counsel prospective students and explain suitable programs

• Follow up with leads and convert genuine enquiries into admissions

• Maintain lead and admission records on Google Sheets/CRM

• Coordinate student onboarding, batches and attendance

• Handle day-to-day centre coordination

• Coordinate with trainers and the business team

• Help improve the student experience and admissions process

What we're looking for

• Good communication and people skills

• Comfortable speaking to students and parents

• Responsible and consistent with follow-ups

• Willing to take ownership rather than wait to be told every task

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and computers

• Sales, counselling or education experience is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

This is not just a telecalling role. A strong performer can gradually take ownership of more of the centre and grow into Centre Manager / Admissions Lead / Business Development responsibilities.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 + performance incentives
