Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Marketing & Sales to manage field sales operations for GULF Lubricants & Engine Oil. The candidate will be responsible for leading the field sales team, achieving targets, expanding the retail network, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

v Lead and motivate the field sales team to achieve targets.

v Develop and expand retail and mechanic networks.

v Drive aftermarket sales and identify new business opportunities.

v Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.

v Monitor team performance, market coverage, and sales activities.

v Conduct joint market visits and support team members.

v Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

v Ensure effective execution of sales & marketing strategies and promotions.

v Train and coach team members on sales, product knowledge, and customer handling.

v Prepare regular sales reports and market updates.

Experience & Qualifications

v 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in field sales.

v Experience in lubricants, engine oil, automotive aftermarket, or related industries preferred.

v Strong experience in retail sales, distributor management, and channel development.

v Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

v Graduate in any discipline preferred.
