Job Description
• Lead formulation and product development for the solvent-based coatings division, with a focus on direct-to-metal (DTM) systems.
• Develop epoxy and PU DTM coatings that deliver adhesion and corrosion protection on steel without a separate primer.
• Translate customer and project specifications into suitable coating systems and formulations.
• Manage product scale-up from laboratory to plant production.
• Work exclusively on the solvent-based coatings vertical.
