Job Description
We are a leading software training institute offering industry-oriented courses designed to help students build successful careers in the IT sector. We focus on delivering quality training, practical exposure, and placement support to enable students to secure software jobs.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecounsellors/Telecallers who can connect with prospective students, explain our software courses, and guide them in enrolling in our free training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact students using the provided database and generated leads.
· Explain software courses, training modules, and career opportunities clearly.
· Provide proper counselling and guidance regarding software job prospects.
· Convert leads into course enrollments.
· Follow up regularly with interested students.
· Handle leads generated through social media (Meta ads, online campaigns, etc.).
· Schedule and coordinate demo classes as per timelines.
· Maintain daily call reports and update lead status.
· Address student queries in a professional and clear manner.
