Job Description

🚗 Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager / Branch Manager


💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

🏠 Food & Accommodation: Provided

⏰ Timing: No fixed office timings

Job Responsibilities:

  • Car pickup & return from customers
  • Customer handling & relationship management
  • Vehicle inspection during pickup/return
  • Coordinate bookings, deliveries & returns
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Maintain vehicle & customer records
  • Support daily branch operations

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good customer handling skills
  • Responsible & trustworthy
  • Basic knowledge of cars
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Flexible with working hours

📍 Experience in car rental/automobile/customer service preferred.
