Telecaller
Organization: Tapasya College
Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Telecaller to handle student enquiries, make follow-up calls, and support the admissions team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide basic course information.
- Follow up with leads and schedule counselling/visits.
- Maintain call and enquiry records.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telugu/Hindi/English communication preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
