Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Telesales Executive to connect with existing customers, generate service appointments, promote vehicle maintenance services, and improve customer retention.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for periodic maintenance and service reminders.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the Service Advisors.
  • Follow up with customers for pending services and vehicle maintenance requirements.
  • Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and value-added services.
  • Contact customers with overdue services to encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain customer call records, appointment details, and follow-up updates in the system.
  • Coordinate with the Aftersales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned calling targets and service appointment conversion goals.
  • Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
