Job OverviewWe are looking for US Tax Associates to join our team and handle customer interactions for international clients.

Candidates with experience in BPO, International Voice Process, Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or International Calling are encouraged to apply.

US Taxation experience is an advantage but is not mandatory. Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate good communication, customer-handling, and learning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US/international customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer queries, identify their requirements, and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Maintain required call quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Follow company-approved scripts, processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets related to call quality, productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer and tax-related information.
• Continuously develop knowledge of US Taxation, customer service processes, and company procedures.
