Job Description
- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and ticketing systems as per business requirements.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions to customer queries while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in training sessions, feedback discussions, and performance improvement initiatives as required.
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Login Hours: 8 hours per day, including a 1-hour break, as per the applicable shift policy.
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off.
- Shift Timings: Day shifts for female employees and rotational shifts for male employees, subject to applicable laws and company policy.
