Job Description

  1. Service Sales: Promote and sell pest control services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  2. Product Sales: Sell pesticides, pest control products, and other relevant agricultural or pest management solutions, as permitted by applicable regulations.
  3. Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.
  4. Field Marketing: Visit shops, offices, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, factories, farms, and other prospective customers to generate business.
  5. Lead Generation: Develop new customer leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Skill:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to conduct cold calling and face-to-face customer meetings.
  • Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field sales.
  • Knowledge of agriculture, pesticides, insects, and pest management is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of developing new business.
