Sales Manager

We are hiring Sales Managers for Madhya Pradesh, for each region- 1.Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain belt and surrounding districts and 2.Jabalpur and Rewa belt (including Katni and Satna) and surrounding districts. Each will own the full sales cycle for government and institutional customers in their territory, from first meeting to tender, order and payment collection.

What you will sell

•      On-site water disinfection and treatment systems. Compact systems that disinfect drinking water at the point of use, without bulk chemical handling.

•      Decentralised packaged sewage treatment plants. Compact units with low civil work and low operating cost.

Key responsibilities

•      Build and manage a pipeline of government and institutional customers in your region: MES, Urban Development and Housing, Nagar Nigam and Nagar Palika, PWD, Smart City SPVs, Tourism, Health, public sector units and PHED.

•      Create fresh demand in your region. Work with departments early to understand their needs and help shape the proposals, specifications, estimates and DPRs that lead to new tenders.

•      Meet engineers, executive engineers, chief engineers, consultants and PMCs to present our products and get them specified in bills of quantities and technical specifications.

•      Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers and tender documents with the technical team. Handle pre-bid queries, technical evaluation, vendor registration and empanelment.

•      Negotiate orders, coordinate delivery and commissioning with the project team, and follow up on invoices until payment is received.

•      Maintain relationships with contractors, EPC partners and consultants who influence product selection.

•      Report weekly on meetings, enquiries, tenders, order pipeline and collections. Maintain a CRM or tracker.

•      Represent department meetings, trade events and site visits.
