Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Explain stock market and financial services offered by the company.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain customer and call records in CRM.
  • Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales/advisory team for lead conversion.
  • Follow company policies and financial-market compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic knowledge of the stock market.
  • Fresher or 0–2 years of telecalling/sales experience.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
