Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and appoint new Life Insurance Agents.
- Build and maintain a strong agency network in the assigned territory.
- Train, coach and motivate agents to achieve business targets.
- Generate business through agents and drive sales of Life Insurance products.
- Develop relationships with existing agents and improve agent productivity.
- Conduct regular meetings, field visits and performance reviews with agents.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales, premium and recruitment targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
- Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Life Insurance Sales / Agency Channel / Agent Recruitment preferred.
