Job Description
*Job Title:* Business Development Executive (BDE)
*Location:* Sinhasa IT park dhar road Indore near Cast NX
*Experience:* Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
*Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
### Job Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
# Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
* Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
* Sales or business development experience is an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
