Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

Handle international clients through calls, WhatsApp and chat with a professional and consultative approach.

Understand client requirements and explain relevant company products, services and processes using approved information.

Manage the complete client onboarding and account-opening journey.

Generate, manage and convert leads through structured follow-ups.

Maintain accurate client information, activities and follow-ups in CRM.

Build long-term client relationships and provide effective resolution to service-related queries.

Achieve assigned client acquisition, revenue and business targets.

Maintain high standards of communication, follow-up discipline and client experience.

Strictly follow company policies, internal processes and applicable compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and a strong financial-services background.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in any of the following:

• Stock Broking / Equity / Derivatives in international market
• International Investment Advisory Experience
• International Sales / Client Servicing/ International Process

Required Skills

Excellent English communication and conversation skills.

Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Ability to handle international clients professionally.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue and business outcomes.

Good CRM and basic computer skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned clients and targets.
