Job Description: Receptionist & Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries, walk-in visitors, and follow-up calls.
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
* Handle social media accounts, respond to messages, and post updates.
* Maintain financial records, daily transactions, payment details, bills, and receipts.
* Manage data entry, files, documentation, and office records.
* Coordinate appointments, customer communication, and daily office operations.
* Prepare daily reports and assist management with administrative tasks.
Required Skills: Good communication, multitasking, basic computer knowledge, Excel, social media handling, and basic accounting skills.
