Job Description – IT Support / Hardware EngineerExperience: 1 Year or More (Experienced Candidates Only)
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT Support / Hardware Engineer with practical knowledge of IT hardware troubleshooting, CCTV camera installation, and basic networking. The candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, and on-site technical support, with the ability to independently handle technical assignments at client locations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Perform CCTV camera installation, wiring, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN connections, IP addressing, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support at client locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of installed equipment.
- Identify technical faults, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain service reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Support / Hardware Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV camera installation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Practical understanding of networking, LAN cabling, and IP configuration.
- Experience in field service, installation, or on-site technical support.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
Candidate Profile: Candidates with strong practical experience in IT hardware support, CCTV installation, and field technical support who can independently manage installation and troubleshooting activities.
Freshers are not eligible.
