Flight Expert

Job Role We are looking for a Flight Expert / Flight Ticketing Executive with experience in domestic and international flight bookings.

• ResponsibilitiesHandle domestic & international flight bookings.
• Create and manage PNRs.
• Issue, reissue and cancel flight tickets.
• Handle refunds and ticket changes.
• Check airline fares, rules, baggage and cancellation policies.
• Handle customer queries related to flight bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines/consolidators for booking issues.
• Provide suitable flight options based on customer requirements.
• Manage booking records and ensure timely customer support.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in flight ticketing/travel industry.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.
• Good knowledge of domestic & international air ticketing.
• Knowledge of PNR, ticket issuance, reissue, cancellation and refund.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Graduate preferred.
