Job Description
Job Purpose: Manage daily showroom operations, inventory, staff, product quality, and customer service while ensuring food safety and minimum wastage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory, stock inward/outward, and physical stock verification.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, product freshness, and expiry date control.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team for replenishment.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and proper storage conditions.
- Supervise staff attendance, grooming, duty allocation, and performance.
- Monitor daily sales, customer service, and complaint resolution.
- Track wastage, damaged products, stock discrepancies, and expiry losses.
- Maintain stock registers, sales reports, and daily opening/closing checklists.
- Ensure food hygiene and compliance with applicable FSSAI requirements
कार्य का उद्देश्य: बेकरी शोरूम के दैनिक संचालन, इन्वेंटरी, स्टाफ, उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता एवं ग्राहक सेवा का प्रबंधन करना तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा और वेस्टेज को नियंत्रित रखना।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)
- दैनिक स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट, स्टॉक इनवर्ड/आउटवर्ड और फिजिकल स्टॉक वेरिफिकेशन करना।
- FIFO/FEFO के अनुसार स्टॉक रोटेशन सुनिश्चित करना तथा उत्पादों की ताजगी और एक्सपायरी डेट की जाँच करना।
- स्टॉक की उपलब्धता बनाए रखने के लिए प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
- शोरूम की साफ-सफाई, प्रोडक्ट डिस्प्ले और उचित स्टोरेज सुनिश्चित करना।
- स्टाफ की उपस्थिति, ड्यूटी आवंटन, ग्रूमिंग और कार्य प्रदर्शन की निगरानी करना।
- दैनिक बिक्री, ग्राहक सेवा और शिकायतों का समाधान करना।
- वेस्टेज, खराब उत्पाद, एक्सपायरी और स्टॉक में अंतर को नियंत्रित करना।
- स्टॉक रजिस्टर, बिक्री रिपोर्ट और दैनिक ओपनिंग/क्लोजिंग चेकलिस्ट बनाए रखना।
- खाद्य स्वच्छता और लागू FSSAI नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
