Front Office Executive, Stay10 Serviced Apartments, Indore

Stay10 offers serviced apartments in Indore for business and leisure guests. We're a growing, family-run hospitality brand focused on warm, reliable stays.

Role

You'll be the first face and voice of Stay10, handling guest check-ins, enquiries and bookings, and making sure every stay starts smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out, ID verification and documentation

• Handle phone, WhatsApp and email enquiries and bookings

• Maintain the reservation calendar and update availability on OTAs/booking platforms

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room readiness and guest requests

• Handle guest feedback and escalate issues quickly

• Process payments and keep accurate daily records and shift handover notes

Requirements

• 2 years minimum in front office, hospitality or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Fluent in English and Hindi

• Comfortable with basic computer tools (Excel/Sheets, email, booking software)

• Polished, patient and proactive, with a guest-first attitude

Good to have

• Hotel management degree or diploma

• Experience with a PMS or channel manager

• Basic social media and content marketing skills (creating posts, reels, stories, managing Instagram/Google listings)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience
