• Job ResponsibilitiesSource and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Understand job requirements and match candidates with suitable vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies.
• Maintain candidate databases, follow-ups, and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and HR/company representatives.
• Generate and share relevant job openings with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates until interview, selection, and joining.
• Achieve recruitment and placement performance targets.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and update CRM/Excel records.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate / MBA / PG preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, placement, telesales, or consultancy will be an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making regular phone calls and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.

Salary₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives
