Job Description

HR Recruiter – Apollo Pharmacy

  • Recruit Pharmacists, Store Managers, and Pharmacy Store Staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection with store/business teams.
  • Handle joining formalities and candidate follow-up.
  • Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely joining.
