Job Description

Position: Junior Recruiter | Location: Indore | Experience: 0–2 Years

  • ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals and other channels.
  • Screen profiles as per job requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic and first-round interviews.
  • Shortlist suitable candidates for the final round.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain basic candidate and interview records.

SkillsGood communication, interview skills, coordination, follow-up, and basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.

Scope: Sourcing → Screening → First Interview → Shortlisting → Final Round
