Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for various departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job openings.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Strong convincing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good organisational skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and Google Sheets.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in sales hiring, financial services, or stock market advisory recruitment will be preferred.
