Job DescriptionWe are urgently hiring dynamic and motivated professionals for our International Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international clients, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business and operational activities across global accounts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound communication with international clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain clear and professional communication in English with overseas customers and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project handling, dispatch communication, and account support.
• Support basic operational and accounting-related activities such as data entry, record maintenance, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and other office tools.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM or internal systems regularly.
• Resolve customer or client queries efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and international compliance requirements.
• Job RequirementsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel basic formulas preferred.
• Prior experience in BPO / KPO / International process will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of operations, accounting support, or dispatch coordination is preferred.
• Ability to work in night shifts and international time zones.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in international customer support, project coordination, or back-office operations.
• Exposure to handling overseas clients (US, UK, or other global markets).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
