Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (Timing- 12noon to 8pm)

About Us:

We are a growing online imitation jewelry brand, dedicated to bringing beautiful, trendy designs to our community through Instagram. We are looking for a passionate and digitally savvy Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, drive sales, and showcase our collections online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales & Client Handling: Engage with customers via Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) and comments. Guide them through product selection, address queries, and successfully close sales.
• Content & Social Media: Manage the daily social media chatting and typing. Respond promptly, enthusiastically, and professionally to inquiries, maintaining a brand-aligned voice.
• Product Styling & Curation: Assist customers in choosing the right jewellery for various occasions, sharing styling tips, and creating engaging stories or posts.
• Order Processing: Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer details, and coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record of online sales, preferably managing social media for fashion, accessories, or jewellery brands.
• Communication Skills: Basic spoken and written English. Excellent, fast-paced, and polite social media typing skills with a warm and engaging tone.
• Design Knowledge: A genuine interest in imitation jewellery, current fashion trends, and styling.
• Customer-First Mindset: Strong patience, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for turning inquiries into loyal customers.
