Job Overview


We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Financial Services Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help clients secure their financial future by selling a wide range of financial products, including loans, insurance policies, and investment plans.


Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Guidance: Understand clients' financial goals and recommend the right products (e.g., life/health insurance, personal/home loans, mutual funds).
  • Sales & Growth: Meet monthly sales targets by finding new clients and following up on leads.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with paperwork, application forms, and background checks for smooth processing.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic understanding of banking, insurance, and loan processes.
  • A positive, target-driven attitude.
