As a Modernization Engineer, your day involves designing and validating innovative hosting environments that are both agile and cost-efficient. You focus on creating scalable and high-performance solutions tailored to support contemporary corporate and digital applications. Your work includes transforming and migrating legacy infrastructure to modern platforms, enabling organizations to achieve advanced business objectives. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of your role as you contribute to evolving technology landscapes and support dynamic business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in hosting infrastructure and processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technology standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Network Operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and network architecture.
- Experience with designing and managing scalable cloud hosting environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network and hosting issues in hybrid cloud settings.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to optimize cloud network operations.
- Knowledge of security best practices related to cloud network management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Cloud Network Operations.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
