About TriFid Stores

TriFid Stores Pvt. Ltd. (Indore, est. 2017) is a pan-India B2B trading company in agrochemicals and crop-protection products. We supply distributors, dealers and retailers across multiple states. We are building a technology-driven trading desk, and the purchase team is at the centre of it.

Work setup: Hybrid. 2 days a week at our Indore office, remaining days from home.

What you'll do

• Source products from manufacturers, distributors and dealers across India when they are not in our stock, starting with nearby suppliers and then other states.
• Collect and compare supplier offers on available quantity, batch/expiry and rate.
• Follow up and negotiate with suppliers on rates, quantities and dispatch timelines.
• Build and grow a reliable supplier network, and bring back suppliers who go inactive.
• Coordinate dispatch with suppliers and transporters, and share LR and tracking details with the team.
• Handle returns and supplier debit notes until they are fully recovered.
• Keep purchase records updated in Excel and our ERP, and send daily updates.
• Work closely with the sales and accounts teams.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years in purchase, procurement, sourcing, vendor management or business operations, in any industry.
• Confident on phone calls in Hindi, with working English for email and WhatsApp.
• Organised, follows up without reminders, and can manage several suppliers at once.
• Self-disciplined when working from home, with your own mobile phone and a stable internet connection.
• Experience in agri-inputs, FMCG or pharma distribution is a plus, not required. We will train you on products.
• Tally, Marg or Zoho experience is a plus.
