Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities for the JD

• Develop fresh and creative ideas for Instagram content, reels, stories, campaigns, and engagement activities.
• Regularly research competitors and analyze what type of content, hooks, formats, and campaigns they are using.
• Identify opportunities to create better, more unique, and more engaging content than competitors.
• Manage the company's Instagram account, including content planning, posting, captions, stories, and basic engagement.
• Coordinate with the Video Editor and Graphic Designer to ensure content is created according to the planned ideas and timelines.
• Coordinate with influencers/creators for collaborations, deliverables, content requirements, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution.
• Track social media trends, viral formats, audio, reels, and emerging content styles.
• Monitor Instagram performance and provide ideas to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Brainstorm new campaigns, creative concepts, and promotional ideas with the team.
• Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses and suggest actionable strategies.
• Take ownership of content from idea → planning → creator coordination → production → posting → performance analysis.
