Job Description
1. Job TitleStore Helper – Laundry & Dry Cleaning
Department: Store Operations
Location: Global Laundry & Dry Cleaners, Indore
Reports To: Store Manager
2. Job PurposeTo assist in daily store operations, garment handling, customer order processing, packing, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring smooth and timely service.
- 3. Key ResponsibilitiesGarment Handling: Receive, sort, count, tag, and organize clothes according to customer orders.
- Order Processing: Assist in checking incoming and outgoing garments and ensure correct order identification.
- Packing & Delivery: Fold, pack, and prepare completed orders for customer pickup or delivery.
- Laundry Support: Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and transporting garments as instructed.
- Store Cleanliness: Keep the store, workstations, shelves, and equipment clean and organized.
- Customer Assistance: Help the store manager handle customer orders and pickups when required.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure garments are not mixed up, misplaced, or handed over to the wrong customer.
- Inventory Support: Help maintain packaging materials, tags, hangers, c
