🎯 Job PurposeTo independently manage the store’s daily operations, sales, customer service, billing, order handling, staff, and pickup & delivery coordination, while ensuring excellent customer experience and store profitability.

🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations

• Open and close the store on time.
• Manage daily store activities and workflow.
• Ensure all orders are properly received, tagged, processed and dispatched.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the store.

2. Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Increase repeat customers and average order value.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
• Promote laundry, dry cleaning and other services.
• Generate local B2C and B2B leads.

3. Customer Handling

• Attend customers professionally.
• Explain services, pricing and delivery timelines clearly.
• Handle complaints and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure customers receive timely updates regarding their orders.

4. Billing & Cash Management

• Ensure 100% accurate billing.
• Manage cash, UPI and online collections.
• Maintain daily sales and collection records.
• Ensure no unauthorized discounts or billing changes.

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Coordinate riders and daily routes.
• Ensure pickups and deliveries happen on time.
• Track pending, ready and delivered orders.
• Maintain rider KM and delivery records.

6. Staff Management

• Allocate daily duties to store staff.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and productivity.
• Train staff on customer service and store SOPs.
• Maintain discipline and accountability.

7. Order & Quality Control

• Ensure proper tagging and order identification.
• Check garments before sending for processing.
• Follow pre-damage and special-instruction SOPs.
• Conduct final quality checks before delivery.

8. Reporting

Submit daily:

• Total Sales
• Number of Orders
• Cash Collection
• UPI/Online Collection
• Pending Orders
• Delivered Orders
• Complaints
• Pickup & Delivery Report
• Staff Attendance
• Important operational issues

• 👤 Candidate ProfileExperience: 2–5 years preferred in retail, hospitality, laundry, QSR, salon, or similar customer-facing business.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer/Excel/POS knowledge.
• Comfortable handling sales targets and daily reporting.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage a small team.

💰 Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

(Depending on experience and capability.)
