Position: Telecaller Executive

Job Location: Indore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with good communication skills and a positive attitude. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers, and supporting the team in day-to-day telecalling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers.
  • Explain products/services and respond to basic queries.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
  • Coordinate with the team for further requirements.
  • Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
