Job Description:

Herbo Beans is a growing Ayurvedic products company. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele sales executive and Business Development Executive who can help expand our market by connecting with new dealers, distributors, and wholesalers, and attracting new dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and connect with new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers

* Develop new business opportunities for Ayurvedic products

* Generate new leads and follow-up with potential clients

* Maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners

* Conduct market research to identify potential customers

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:

* Call new leads and inquiries to explain the company's proposal and profit margins and onboard clients

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Basic knowledge of sales and business development

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.)

* Ability to meet and conduct client meetings when required

Qualifications:

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

0-2 years (freshers can also apply)

Salary:

12,000 to 15,000 + Attractive Incentives
