Job Description

Telecaller – Collections & Recovery

Make outbound calls to overdue customers for payment recovery

Explain dues, negotiate settlements/PTPs within approval limits

Update call disposition, PTP status, and remarks in CRM/system daily

Follow compliant, professional communication per RBI collection guidelines

Escalate disputed/non-cooperative cases to team leader

Achieve daily call and collection targets

0–2 yrs experience; good communication, regional language fluency, basic computer skills
