Job Description
Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Back Office), Agro Inputs
Company: TriFid Stores Pvt. Ltd., Indore (est. 2017)
Pan-India B2B supplier of agrochemicals, pesticides and bio-inputs to dealers and retailers.
Location: Indore office (desk-based, no field work)
Salary: ₹[10000]–[16000] per month + incentives
Experience: 0–3 years. tele calling experience preferred.
Education: Any Subject, but B.Sc Agriculture preferred.
Role summary
Call dealers and retailers directly, introduce TriFid, and ask requirements product range over the phone. This is a desk role with no field visits.
Key responsibilities
- get daily requirements of dealers and retailers. its B-B sales with fixed set of dealers
- Understand each customer's crop season and product needs, then recommend suitable products.
- Convert enquiries into orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders and repeat purchases.
- Log every call, outcome and follow-up date in the CRM.
- Pass customer feedback, competitor rates and product demand to management.
Requirements
- Fluent Hindi is required. Working English is a plus, and knowing a regional language or local dialect is an advantage.
- Knowledge of pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers and PGRs (technicals, crop usage, season timing).
- Confident on the phone, persuasive, and comfortable with a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer skills: Excel, WhatsApp Business, and data entry.
- Disciplined about follow-ups and record-keeping.
Preferred
- B.Sc Agriculture.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience at an agrochemical company, seed company or agri dealership.
- Existing network of dealers or retailers in MP or nearby states.
Working hours: [10:30 AM – 7:00 PM], [Mon–Sat]
