About Planet Sun IndiaPlanet Sun India operates in the solar energy sector, providing solar solutions to customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, billing, and statutory documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
• Handle GST entries, TDS records, and related documentation.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare expense reports, ledger statements, and monthly financial summaries.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in Commerce (B.Com) preferred; M.Com candidates may also apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in GST billing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting practices in the solar, electrical, or EPC industry will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
