Digital Marketing Executive & Operations Executive

We are seeking an articulate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Executive to support our digital marketing efforts and daily office operations. This role involves managing social media campaigns, maintaining digital records and spreadsheets, and handling professional correspondence.

Key Responsibilities-

• Digital Marketing: Manage and schedule content across social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), track campaign performance, and assist in digital lead generation.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain, organize, and update customer leads, spreadsheets, and databases with high precision and zero errors.
• Computer & Administrative Operations: Handle daily office computer tasks using MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and cloud storage (Google Drive).
• Communication & Correspondence: Draft professional emails, client messages, and ad copy in clear, grammatically sound English.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

• English Fluency (Strictly Mandatory): Flawless verbal and written English communication skills. Spoken fluency will be strictly evaluated during the first screening round.
• Computer Proficiency: Strong practical command of MS Excel / Google Sheets (sorting, filters, basic formulas) and internet-based tools.
• Data Entry Accuracy: Fast typing speed and strong attention to detail for data entry and records maintenance.
• Marketing Fundamentals: Basic understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital branding.

 Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BCA, BBA, BA, or related fields preferred).
