Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales through GeM (Government e-Marketplace), handling leads and inquiries from IndiaMART, meeting new clients, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on GeM (Government e-Marketplace):
2. Upload and manage product listings.
3. Respond to bids and tenders.
4. Coordinate documentation and order fulfillment.

• Client Meetings & Business Development:

1. Visit potential clients to pitch products/services.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships.

• Handle IndiaMART Leads:

1. Respond promptly to inquiries.
2. Convert leads into active customers.

• Quotation & Documentation:

1. Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements.
2. Follow up on quotations and negotiate terms.

• Customer Relationship Management:

1. Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
2. Ensure timely support and resolve issues if any.

Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or government sectors.

1. Familiarity with GeM Portal and IndiaMART preferred.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and quotation tools.
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
