Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant & Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and assist with office operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  * Maintain daily accounting records and financial entries.

  * Manage purchase, sales, expenses and payment records.

  * Maintain bills, invoices and other financial documents.

2. Quotation Preparation

  * Assist in preparing quotations for Aluminium Doors & Windows.

  * Prepare and maintain quotations for Facade and Louvers projects.

  * Coordinate for pricing, quantities and material details.

3. Staff Attendance & Expense Management

  * Maintain daily staff attendance records.

  * Track staff expenses shared in company WhatsApp groups.

  * Calculate daily/monthly expenses and maintain proper records.

  * Prepare expense summaries and reports.

4. Back Office Operations

  * Maintain Excel sheets, project records and company data.

  * Assist in documentation and day-to-day office coordination.

  * Maintain organized records of projects and transactions.

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

* Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime will be preferred.

* Good calculation and data management skills.

* Attention to detail and responsibility.

* Experience in quotation preparation will be an advantage.

* Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred.

* Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

* Freshers with good accounting and Excel knowledge can also apply.

* Good communication and organizational skills.
