Accountant

R.S. Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and office coordination activities at our Jaipur office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts in Tally, handling GST billing and return-related work, preparing invoices, quotations, bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, ledger management, and coordination with CA for taxation and compliance matters. The role also includes maintaining records related to sales, purchases, AMC/service contracts, stock coordination, and basic administrative support. Applicants should have good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, GST, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles. Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial, engineering, trading, or service-based company, will be preferred. We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, and interested in long-term growth with the company. Salary will be based on experience and capability.
