Position: Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• GST Management: Stay updated with the latest GST regulations and ensure accurate filing and compliance.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain and manage financial records, including daily transactions and ledgers.
• Tally Operations: Efficiently use Tally software for accounting purposes.
• Balance Sheet Preparation: Draft and finalize balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Letter Drafting: Prepare and draft official correspondence and financial reports.
• Computer Operations: Proficiently use computers and various accounting software to manage financial data and reports.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Auditing: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances and advising on financial performance.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory accounting, ensuring accurate stock records and valuations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in bookkeeping and financial record management.
• Expertise in using Tally software.
• Strong ability to draft and finalize balance sheets and official correspondence.
• Proficient in using computers and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
