Job Description – Accounts Executive


Industry: Solar EPC

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, expense and journal entries.
  • Perform bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and TDS compliance.
  • Manage vendor bills, payments and outstanding balances.
  • Maintain project-wise expenses and CAPEX records.
  • Coordinate with project and procurement teams.
  • Assist in monthly closing, MIS preparation and audit activities.
  • Required SkillsWorking knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in Solar EPC / Infrastructure / Construction industry will be preferred.
