Sales Manager – Business Development

Role Overview
GIWC is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue across its business verticals, including Wedding Expos & Exhibitions, Wedding Experience Magazine, Digital Marketplace Listings and Brand Collaborations.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring premium clients, building industry partnerships and driving end-to-end sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell expo participation packages, exhibition booths and sponsorship opportunities.
• Generate sales for magazine advertisements, advertorials and digital listing packages.
• Identify and approach premium hotels, wedding planners, DMCs and wedding industry brands.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and industry connections.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel DOSMs, wedding planners and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client databases, sales pipelines and regular performance reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in wedding planning, hospitality, hotel sales or event management.
• Wedding Planners and Hotel DOSMs (Director of Sales & Marketing) will be highly preferred.
• Strong network within luxury hotels, destination weddings and the wedding industry.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or media/exhibition sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
