Sales & Logistics Executive

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and result-oriented Sales & Logistics Executive to manage sales activities and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and business growth.

Logistics & Operations

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities.
• Manage vehicle placement, dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters and customers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor daily logistics operations and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain proper records of orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and the operations team.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or logistics preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
