Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, develop growth strategies, create engaging content strategies, and lead the social media team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent scriptwriting skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to handle clients and coordinate with internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Growth Planning

• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and followers.
• Plan monthly content calendars and growth strategies for multiple brands.
• Analyse account performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.

2. Content Strategy & Scriptwriting

• Write creative, engaging, and conversion-focused scripts for reels and videos.
• Develop innovative content ideas according to different brand niches.
• Create storytelling-based content strategies.
• Guide the creative team with proper content direction and references.

3. Team Management

• Manage and coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely content delivery.
• Maintain smooth communication and workflow within the team.
• Review content quality before client approvals.

4. Client Handling & Communication

• Handle multiple client accounts and maintain professional relationships.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into effective content strategies.
• Coordinate for approvals, feedback, and campaign updates.
• Conduct client meetings and provide regular performance updates.
