Job Description: Marketing Associate – Solar PlantJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Associate with at least 2 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the solar energy industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting solar plant solutions, identifying potential customers, generating business leads, and building strong customer relationships through field visits and direct marketing activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote solar plant installations and solar energy solutions to potential customers.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Meet prospective customers, businesses, industries, and property owners to explain solar solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solar plant offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer demand, competitor activities, and local market trends.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to support customer requirements.
• Maintain records of field visits, customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned field marketing and lead-generation targets.
• Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in field marketing or sales.
• Experience in the solar energy industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and customer meetings.
• Ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working in the field.
